would it be humorous to say that i killed my liver in london?

Oi. Slow down with the alcohol there ok? I don't think I wanna start with all the horrijible things alcohol could do to your liver, brain, heart, MANHOOD and so on. Yah. I know it sucks having a pharmacist friend. :P
