rent

i pamper myself to a movie after finishing a nonsensical paper that i took 2 days to write and snuggle into my sheets at 3a.m. only to be woken up at 7:30a.m. by my alarm clock because i was supposed to get discounted 'rent' tickets at the student activities center.
i get there at 8 and there's already a few people milling outside the doors; they say that the place only opens at 8:30, curses. by 8:30, there's a line that's snaking down a flight of stairs but i'm one of the few nearest to the door. lady comes out and says they only have 25 tickets, and i got one.
i'm off to see rent at $15 instead of $50!
