wah-lau-eh. i hate the inefficient way government offices are run in malaysia. today ah, i went to the jpj office (road transport department) to renew my driving licence. my friend, dapeng, told me she can do in 4 minutes. when i went there, my number was 1361 and the number they were serving was 1274. ka-ni-na. somemore out of the 7 counters they had, only two lazy ass officers opened counters, so that's 87 ppl waiting, and an average of 44 per queue. wah-piang.
