spirit: stallion of the cimarron is one heck of a show. okay wait, that didn't come out right. let me try again. spirit: stallion of the cimarron was one heck of an idiotic show. totalky childish. i can already see the faces of the cartoonists or whatever you call people who draw these animated features going, hmm....."d'ya think the kids will buy it if we paint the horses as if they could show facial expressions? well, let's just go ahead and try it out." then they'd be thinking "hmmm, do you think the kids would buy it if we recycled the scripts from black beauty/lassie/skippy:bush kangaroo. nah, they're probably too young to have watched any of those, let's try it again, hope we make a coupla million dollars and win an oscar while we're at it."
seriously, it was one heck of a dumb movie, unless you believe horses actually have emotions, could love and would risk their lives to save the life of a man he hardly knows but who gave it some apples earlier in the day. was knocking my head against the chair in front of me the entire show. plus, there was this idiot ang moh and his wife and KIDS sitting in our seats and we came and told them, he told us off...saying that there were so many other seats.....tsk tsk....just cause they have fair hair and skin....you'd think they'd at least be more courteous. on my way out, i heard this kid(about 10 years old) saying "so boring!" and i was going to go up to the kid and say you got it buster, but then....that pretty summed up spirit: stallion of the cimarron, hella mouthful if you ask me.
